- 1 packet Dried Fish Fillet (is name as cod fish slice in Chinese)
- 1 packet Nori Seaweed
- 1 egg white
- Bake at preheated oven 150C for 8 minutes on one side and bake for another 4 minutes on the other side.
- Leave Crispy Baked Cod Fish with Nori Seaweed to cool and store into an airtight container
